Contractors / Exhibitors are required to work within the deadlines for completion of their booth construction and display.
From the time of handover of their booth, the exhibitors would be allowed to work round the clock till the permitted set up timings. No Metal Welding, No spray painting or wood cutting work is allowed at the venue. All prefabricated structural work, including final finishing, painting, polish, flooring etc. towards booth construction must be completed by 10:00 am on 12th December, 2023.
Thereafter, only product display activities will be permitted. Product display by all exhibitors must be completed latest by 10:00 pm on 12th December, 2023. Thereafter the hall will be sealed by the security until the opening of the trade show at 07:30 am on 13th December, 2023.
In case the contractors/exhibitors are unable to complete their work as per the above schedule due to some exceptional
circumstances, they will have to obtain a special permission in writing from the organisers to continue work beyond the
permitted working hours. However, the onsite office of the organisers will have the sole discretion to grant such permission,
depending on its assessment of the genuineness of each individual case and no discussions will be entertained in this regard.
For the grant of any such special permission, exhibitors or their contractors will have to pay the charges of 10,000/- per hour for the work carried out after the above mentioned deadlines.
